SOCIALLY MONITORED PENDANT ALARMS FOR SENIORS

A modern design consisting of a base unit and a portable pendant which can be worn on the wrist or on a neck chain, our Monitored Pendant Alarm System is ideal in the homes of the older person or by those who have a physical handicap.   With its big red “HELP” button and associated transmitters including a portable emergency pendant, one press of the button can start an emergency signal sent to the Central Monitoring Station for an immediate call for assistance.

The Alertline MK 11 features an advanced “Two Way Voice Communication”.  It allows the Monitoring Station to listen in to what is happening on the client’s side only when the system is activated or to talk to the client through the built-in microphone & speaker. Once the alarm is activated we will then be able to speak to them via the systems two-way communications capability of our personal alarm panel and establish whether it is a false alarm or if assistance is required and act accordingly, contacting nominated key holders and emergency services where required. Highly trained operators monitor the station 24 hours a day, every day.
